My clients were a husband and wife moving to Kansas City from Washington state. They were unable to attend the inspection so the wife's father joined me instead. Afterward, she said that she appreciated the way her father had been included in the inspection and said that, as a retired engineer, he was very impressed with my knowledge. Then, in a follow-up phone call, her husband asked me to pencil them in for another inspection of the house eleven months from now, just before their twelve-month builder's warranty expires. Good thinking. And their realtor, who had never seen a Complete Home Inspection before, said that my name was on the top of his office's list of home inspectors. He said that he could see why because even he learned some things during the inspection. He liked how quickly the inspection went, while still being thorough, compared to other inspections he had seen. And he said that he would be using Complete Home Inspection in the future because he liked the way I dealt with his client. I'm now at the top of his list, too.
