In a follow-up E-mail, my clients, Sophie and Scott, wrote asking for guidance on getting the recommended repairs handled. The E-mail read in part, "Thank you very much for all your work and the thorough inspection report. It made it very easy to negotiate unacceptable conditions, and helped us get into a safer and more viable house. We took possession yesterday, and are starting to list improvement projects...
