After an inspection that found me, the termite inspector, my radon tester, a chimney inspector, a sewer inspector, two flooring contractors, and a painter as well as the buyers and their realtor all in the house at the same time, the realtor texted me - "Another crazy day made better by your professional approach. Thank you incredibly much."
Earlier he had said that he is very comfortable with referring me to all of his clients because he knows I'll take good care of them, being "very thorough but not scary".
