Two different comments
A couple of different comments have brightened up this first week of Fall. My client responded to his written report with, "Thank you for making the time to get this knocked out and for sending the report so quickly... I can't thank you enough for showing me all of the details you did." And a realtor made this comment, in front of her buyer, "I really like how you explain everything in detail and in simple language. Most other home inspectors can't or won't do that."

Nice to hear
Two of this week's clients made a couple of nice comments after their home inspections. One, a young engineering student buying his first house, said, "Wow, you know so much more about houses than all of the engineers I know." And another client said, "Thank you for being so thorough. I can really see why our real estate agent recommends you!"
