In two separate voice-mail messages, Greg had nice things to say about his Complete Home Inspection. Greg was unable to attend his inspection so his daughter joined me, instead. In his first message, Greg said, "By the way, my daughter was VERY impressed with you." Then, after receiving his E-mailed report, Greg called back to say, "I like the format of the report. It is very thorough. I like that. The list of (recommended) repairs will be very helpful when I work with my realtor to negotiate repairs. Thank you for the good work. It looks very complete. I appreciate your diligence on all the different little items that make a huge difference on fixing up a house that's 16-years old."

It was a good day to check the mailbox - two different Thank You notes, one from a client and one from a realtor. My client wrote, "Great job! You were prompt, helpful and very diligent...We will certainly recommend your services to others in the future. Thanks again!!" And the realtor wrote, among other things, "I appreciate your professionalism and prompt service."
