Kansas City home inspection - Customer Comments 20

Here are comments from three clients after they each received their written reports. One wrote, "Thank you very much for your assistance with this you were awesome! I have your card. I will call you if anything comes up." Another wrote, "Thanks, you do great work!! I will give you a review eventually. I may need to use you again if this place doesn't work out." And the third wrote, "We just wanted to extend our thanks to you for the thorough, professional job you did for us. We were able to completely mitigate
everything you noted on the inspection with the seller and we will be closing on the property... We will certainly recommend you to anyone we run across that would benefit from your work. Thanks again."

My client, a retired mechanical engineer, told me at the beginning of his inspection that he would do his best to keep his mouth closed during the inspection and not say of lot of engineering things. When I was finished with his inspection, he said, “I’m probably never going to leave this house. But, if I was, I would rehire you. And when I hear of anyone who’s buying a house, I’m going to tell them to hire you. You were very thorough. You shared a lot of information. And, you explained everything clearly.”

Another client wrote, after getting her E-mailed report, "THANK YOU! We love working with you and appreciate the timeliness of your inspections and reports. We will refer you to our friends."
