Kansas City home inspection - Customer Comments 19

A California company that schedules so-called Bank Draw inspections, called with a question about a report I sent to them recently. The man on the phone said, "Let me call up your file on the computer. Oh, wow. You're one of our best inspectors. Our 'report card' on you says, 'Great inspector. Very detailed report. Many pictures. Answers all the questions quickly. Completes report fast.' Congratulations."

And, a client returned his signed inspection agreement and wrote, "By the way, congrats on the awesome Angie's List rating. Noticed it tonight. Looking forward to your evaluation. I'm a KC native and really happy to be getting back home. It's really nice to see local people being held in such high regard. I'm more than sure that you've earned it." I hadn't even done his inspection yet.

Then, after his inspection where I found a problem with the roof, a furnace that coughed out carbon monoxide, and lots of electrical problems, he wrote, "Thank you for the timeliness of your very professional report. The best spend of money EVER. The clarity and thoroughness of your report was far more than expected. It's very nice to see someone really deliver on what they do for a living. You saved us from making a huge mistake here. We now have significant negotiating room if the sellers will flex. If not it is what it is and next house we go to. Just thank you. We will, most certainly, do business with you again."
