Kansas City home inspection - Customer Comments 21

My client received her written report and responded with an E-mail that read, "It was nice meeting you the other day. I appreciate your attention to detail and the thorough inspection report which you provided. You have provided so much information that I would never have thought about."

And, a realtor sent a text which read, "I assisted my client with the sale of her mother's house. She had wonderful things to say about you and I was quite impressed with your overall inspection and report. I am giving another client your number so that they can use you for their inspection."

A busy month for customer comments - First, my client responded to her written inspection report on the house she was selling with, "Thanks, Miki. It was great to meet you today. We appreciate the thorough inspection and are especially happy that the attic was in good shape. (My husband) was not kidding about how much sleep he has lost worrying about that...so good to know he can stop worrying." Secondly, my client, who works in the heating and cooling field, listened to me talk about the furnace set-up at the house he was looking to buy and then simply said, "Yep, she knows her stuff." Then we proceeded to talk about the furnace's lack of secondary combustion air, the improper flue installation, and more. It was fun. Then, a client responded to her written report with, "Thank you so much for your time yesterday and for scheduling the Radon and Termite people too. The report is wonderful - very thorough and helpful for now and future." And, at the end of another inspection, my client thanked me and then turned to her realtor and said, "You were right. She is very thorough and easy to understand."
