One client received the results of his radon test that showed that the house he was buying didn't have a radon gas problem and replied, "That's great news! Thanks for everything. You helped us feel much better about our situation and what we're getting into." Another client responded to her radon test results with, "Thank you for everything, Miki. You do a wonderful job on inspections and answering questions!" And a third client sent a note along with his check that read, "Thanks for the comprehensive report. It is very helpful in helping us determine what we can repair on our own and what we may request of the seller. This is the second home you have inspected for us in Leavenworth and we are impressed with the quality of your inspections. Again thanks for a job well done."

During the Kansas City home inspection, my client said that when he had asked his real estate agent about having the house inspected, his agent said that she wasn't allowed to give specific recommendations for choosing a home inspector. But, the agent went on to say that when her own son was having an inspection done, her son would be having me do the inspection. That convinced my client to hire me, too. He felt it was high praise for his agent to use me for her own son.
