A couple of cute comments have been made in the midst of all of the snow, one from a realtor and one from a four-time client.
The realtor, at the end of the inspection, said, "Since I can't refer a home inspector to my clients, I always get nervous when they're picking one. And then when they pick you, it's like 'Yea, you made a great choice. She's my favorite.'"
And when my client was booking her fourth Complete Home Inspection, her phone message said, "Well, we just made an offer on another house and I simply have to have my favorite Miki Mertz home inspector inspect it for us."
Comments like that warm your heart, even with a foot-and-a-half of snow on the ground.
