Got a great E-mail from a customer scheduling his Kansas City home inspection - "Funny thing I thought I'd mention. Wife and I just moved to KC and decided to purchase a home. Lo and behold, you inspected their house as well :)"

My client was a building contractor and had asked some contractor friends to document some aspects of the house he was selling.
One of his contractor buddies asked who was doing the inspection on the house my client was buying. When he was told that I was handling the inspection, the contractor friend said, "Miki inspected my house last week. She was great. She'll do a terrific job for you." It really is a small world.
