My clients had held onto my contact info since I inspected the house they bought seven years ago. Now that they were moving into a newer home, they called me again. The listing agent let us into the house and stayed with us during the Complete Home Inspection. He had never seen me work before, and he asked for one of my cards when I was finished. He said, "I like how fast you are. This is great. And I like that you don't scare people by going over every little thing. You just talk about things realistically. And I like the way you explain things. Your name is going on my list." That's always great to hear from a realtor experiencing his or her first Complete Home Inspection.

And a cute story involving another married couple as my clients - the husband followed me around during his Complete Home Inspection while his wife was elsewhere in the house. She asked him to come join her, wherever she was at the time. He replied, "Do I have to? I want to stay with Miki. I'm learning things here." That's why it's always better if you're able to attend your Complete Home Inspection. You'll learn things, too, as we go through the house together.
