When she received her written Complete Home Inspection report by E-mail, my client responded with, "Thank you so much for your thorough and well-prepared report. It gives us confidence in our purchase, and in your skills. This was the first home inspection I had attended, and I learned a lot ... We appreciate the book, too. It will come in handy. After we have had more time to absorb the report, we may have questions and may contact you. I would be pleased to refer you to others."

Once again, thanks for the thorough inspection." These comments from two different customers show why I love having a client follow me around during the inspection. It's not necessary for you to attend your Complete Home Inspection, but it's better if you do.
