A voice-mail message said, "You have previously done a home inspection for us at our current home and did a fabulous job. We would like to schedule you to do another inspection for another property we're buying." A check of my records showed that the original inspection for this couple was done seven years ago. It's great that they remembered me and were able to get back in touch when they needed another inspection.
