This past week, I was hired to inspect a house that I inspected for the current owner when she bought it five years ago. The new buyer had seen my inspection report from five years ago and felt it was "so thorough and detailed" that he wanted me to inspect the house again to see what had been fixed from before and what had changed in the interim. It's always interesting to see which Recommended Repairs from the original inspection have been completed, which were ignored, and what condition the house is in now. My new client responded to his written home inspection report with, "Your work is so thorough. It is very helpful. Thank you." Having completed nearly 13,500 Kansas City home inspections over the last 28 years, I've inspected many houses multiple times for multiple clients. It's always interesting.

And, another client gave a Five-Star rating on Google following his Kansas City home inspection. He cited "Positives" of Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, and Value. Then he commented, "Loved working with Complete Home Inspection! Professional and punctual. Also, very competitive pricing!!!" Thank you so much, that's always good to hear.

My client responded to her written Complete Home Inspection report with, "Thank you so much for the inspection report. This is our first experience with home buying and we appreciated your educational approach! You really made us comfortable during the learning process." That's what's so fun about having clients with me during their Kansas City home inspection, even in this time of social distancing.
