Member Comments: When considering the purchase of another house, I happened upon a report prepared by Eric Maeyens of Complete Home Inspection, Inc. So impressed with the thoroughness, I called them to have Eric inspect the home my brother is buying. They did not disappoint! Their representative was very helpful in discussing our needs and coordinating scheduling. Eric arrived on time, was friendly & professional, and discussed concerns with us while on site. His detailed, concisely written report with pictures arrived via email earlier than expected --all 47 pages (radon test is a two/multiple day process). As an aside this company's website is easy to navigate, offers great info and links to additional resources. Complete Home Inspection provided us some crucial recommendations prior to purchase, along with notable necessities that will be remedied once the home is occupied. I will use them in the future, too, before selling my own home that I may know in advance any maintenance possibly overlooked. In addition to the quality service, I did my homework and their pricing was a pleasant surprise.
