A client left a Five-Star Review on Google, commenting, "Miki with Complete Home Inspection was a joy to work with. Very Professional, honest and thorough. She invited me to shadow her during the inspection and happily answered all the questions I had. She pointed out all maintenance concerns and highlighted all of the positive aspects of the home as well. As a first time home buyer she put me at ease during the inspection process. I also received a full typed and photographed report of the inspection. Highly recommend."
And, two clients commented on the thoroughness of their written Complete Home Inspection report. One, a man buying a house "as is", wrote, "Your report is very thorough. Thank you so much. It is now my 'to do' list for hiring and DIY work." The other, a woman who was unable to attend her inspection because she lives out of town, wrote, "Thank you for being so thorough, we really appreciate it! "

Comments from two different inspections this week - a couple, moving here from Texas, said, "Thank you so much. You were very thorough in your inspection." Among other things, they have never had a basement before. So, we talked about sump pumps and other basement features they were unfamiliar with.
And, at another inspection, I explained how a heat pump works. Then, the father of my client said, "Well, I learned something today. That was a great explanation. Easy to understand." And, his son (my client) said, "Thanks. Now, I understand how to use the system and get the most out of it."
