A story from a client about why he hired Complete Home Inspection for his Kansas City home inspection - the house to be inspected was owned by his mother. After moving her into a care facility, he needed to either put the house on the market, or have his son move in. In either case, he wanted the house inspected so that he would know the condition of the property.
A similar house in his mother's neighborhood had previously been inspected by Complete Home Inspection and our client had seen a copy of that inspection report. Impressed by the thoroughness of the report, the photos included with it, and with the "straight-forward" summary page, he knew he had to call us for his inspection. It was that simple.
