Thoroughness
Two different clients commented on the thoroughness of their written Complete Home Inspection report. One, a man buying a house "as is", wrote, "Your report is very thorough. Thank you so much. It is now my 'to do' list for hiring and DIY work." The other, a woman who was unable to attend her inspection because she lives out of town, wrote, "Thank you for being so thorough, we really appreciate it!"
