It's an honor to serve as an SME to help write questions for the National Home Inspector Examination. The Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors regularly gathers SMEs to discuss and review existing questions on the Examination and write new questions that are psychometrically-sound. Being included as an SME is a recognition of years of experience and extensive knowledge of home inspections. It will be fun and exciting to help prepare fellow professionals for their careers in the Home Inspection Industry.

Here's a Five-Star Google review from someone who wasn't even a customer. Yet.
"I had gone with another inspector who didn’t offer some of the add on services typically provided for inspections. I reached out to Miki and she was able to give me names a couple vendors who provided the inspections I needed. I wasn’t even her customer but she still helped me while in a bind. Amazing integrity. Will definitely keep in mind for future inspections."
